Newport Beach, CA
Best for: 10 & up
Join us to learn about biodiversity at Upper Newport Bay! We’ll discuss what biodiversity is and why having many plants, animals, and microorganisms is important for a healthy planet. We’ll see how these species, including pollinators, are connected and maintain the balance of life that supports us. We’ll also talk about how climate change impacts biodiversity and ecosystems in the Bay. You’ll learn about changes in habitats, their future implications, and how we can make a positive difference. 2025 Festival Pillar: Environmental Stewardship.
